摘要
对刚果民主共和国某铜钴矿尾矿样品进行的选矿试验研究表明,在样品含铜0.90%、含钴0.06%、铜氧化率为95%、钴氧化率为93.33%的情况下,经过擦洗磨矿后,采用硫化钠作为硫化剂,经过三粗三精一扫的混合浮选,产出含铜13.54%、含钴0.52%的氧化铜精矿,铜回收率达72.51%、钴回收率达47.29%,该工艺具有流程及药剂制度简单、易于实施等优点,适宜于处理同类型尾矿资源。
The experimental study on the mineral processing of a copper and cobalt tailings in the the Democratic Re- public of the Congo shows that the sample contains 0. 9% of copper with oxidation rate of 95% and contains 0. 06% of cobalt with oxidation rate of 93.33% ,after scrubbing grinding, adopting three roughing with one scavenging and three cleaning mix flotation mineral processing with sodium sulfide as vulcanizing agent can produce single concen- trate wih copper content of 13.54% and recovery of 72.51% and with cobalt content of 0. 52% and recovery of 47.29% ,the processing has advantages of simple and easy to be implemented with simple flotation reagents.
