摘要
某铅冶炼系统产出的氧化锌烟尘中氟氯含量较高,不能直接进入湿法炼锌系统生产锌。试验研究了湿法碱洗氧化锌烟尘去除氟氯,考察了影响氟氯去除的影响因素。试验结果表明,最佳条件下,氧化锌烟灰中的氟氯脱除率平均达93.1%和87.8%。
A certain leading smelting system outputs high content fluorine and chlorine in zinc oxide dust,which can not directly get into the zinc for production of wet zinc smelting system. After studying wet dissolving zinc oxide dust removing fluorine and chlorine and investigating the influence of fluorine and chlorine removal influence factors, the test result indicates that in the best condition, the average fluorine and chlorine in the zinc ash removal rate reaches 93.1% and 87.8%.
