摘要
用造纸厂白泥废渣作脱硫剂脱除烟气中的SO2,做了传统湿式钙法与钙-钙双碱法两种工艺的对比实验,研究了影响钙-钙双碱法脱硫效率的因素。实验结果表明,运用钙-钙双碱法脱硫工艺不结垢,能连续、稳定脱硫,脱硫效率大于90%,达到了以废治废的目的。
The paper has studied on flue gas desulfurization by using white mud of papermaking mills as desulfurizer and done experiment of the method of Ca-Ca double alkali comparison with traditional wet calcium-based proces- ses. The factors that affect the desulfurization efficiency of the method of Ca-Ca double alkali have also been stud- ied. The result of the experiment shows that the desulfurization efficiency is more than 90%, the process of flue gas desulfurization is continual and stable, the problems of scale in desulfurizing equipments are resolved by using the method of Ca-Ca double alkali and it achieves using waste material to treat other waste material.
