摘要
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术 ,分析了蝗总科 5科 (斑翅蝗科、癞蝗科、锥头蝗科、槌角蝗科、网翅蝗科 )蝗虫间RAPD带型的变异 .带型显示科间多态性非常明显 ,带谱相似性很低 .利用Nei&Li相似系数和UPGMA聚类法对结果进行分析 。
RAPD pattern variation in 5 families of Acridoidea are studied with RAPD technique.The patterns show a large amount of polymorphic variations among different families and similarity of the patterns is very low.Nei's similarity index and UPGMA are used for analyzing the family Phylogenetic relationships of Acridoidea and the results are different from traditional views.
