摘要 对硫酸软骨素A(chondroitinsulfateA ,CSA)的粘附机制进行了初步探讨 .研究表明 ,恶性疟原虫感染的红细胞可粘附于各种器官的微血管内皮细胞 ,这种粘附被认为是红细胞膜表面分子与内皮细胞表面分子间配体 -受体相互作用的结果 .CSA为内皮细胞表面感染的红细胞 (infectedredbloodcell,IRBC)的粘附受体和恶性疟原虫红细胞膜蛋白 Adhesion of Plasmodium falciparum infected red blood cell (IRBC) to microvascular endothelium of various organs,a process known as sequestration,is a feature of Plasmodium falciparum malaria.This event is mediated by specific adhesive interactions between ligands expressed on the surface of IRBC and host receptors. Studies suggested that chondroitin sulfate A (CSA) plays a key role as a receptor in it. Description of the adhesion mechanism of IRBC to CSA could enrich the intercellar adhesion theory, pave the way to more detailed understanding of the pathogenesis of severe malaria and contribute to potential therapeutic strategies targeting the interaction and to the development of an anti sequestration vaccine.Important advances about CSA adhesion in the most recent years are described in this review.
