摘要
介绍了食品中无机盐前处理和检测技术研究进展,主要阐述了包括火焰原子吸收光谱法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法及联用等技术在近年来的应用,并对以后的发展方向进行了展望。
This paper introduced the latest progress of pre-processing method and detection technology development for analysis of inorganic salt in food. The application of flame atomic absorption spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, X ray fluorescence spectrometry and hyphenate technique, etc. , in recent years were reviewed. And the direction for future methodology development was forecasted.
