以有机碱为催化剂,通过三唑三甲基丙酮与对氯苯甲醛的反应,合成了具有生物活性的外消旋体化合物烯效唑。

Using alkalamides as the catalyst,uniconazole has been synthesized by the reac- tion of triazolyl- trimethylacetone and 4- chlorbenzadehyde . The yield of the product was in- creased and the reaction condi- tions were optimized..The application of uniconazole as plant growth regulator and germicide has been studied.
