Abstract： From the material cost and the production cost, this paper discusses the cost control issue of garment foreign trade enterprise. It specifically analyzes the ways to well deal with the links of material purchasing and management and lists the actual case in production process so as to illustrate how to reduce the production cost and improve production efficiency.
