成人学历教育校企合作探究——以远程教育为例

Exploration of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Adult Degree Education——With distant education as an example

宁波中小企业量大面广,综合实力雄厚,在浙江省乃至全国都有重要影响,特别是成长型企业越来越需要具有综合素质的人才,对专业、学历、能力、职业素质等方面都提出了新的要求。文章通过教学模式、支持服务、学习资源建设、实践教学、培训教育等角度,探讨远程学历教育的校企合作运行建设。

With the scale of huge quantity and wide range, the medium and small enterprises in Ningbo have played a significant role in Zhejiang Province and even the whole country. The enterprises, especially the gro- wing ones, are in increasing need of talents with comprehensive qualities and have put forward new demands on specialty, degree, ability and professional quality, etc. From the angles of teaching mode, support service, learning resource construction, practical instruction and training education, this paper discusses the construction of school-enterorise coooeration.
