摘要
通过 XRD晶体结构分析 ,研究了 6种稀土元素离子 Gd3 + ,Y3 + ,L a3 + ,Ce4 + ,Tb3 + 和 Eu3 + 掺杂的二氧化钛样品的相变量、晶胞参数和金红石相的晶粒大小 ,并讨论了它们在催化降解 X- 3B活性艳红实验中光催化活性 .发现离子半径和稀土离子的价态变化方式决定了它们的相变量和晶胞参数 。
The anatase content, cell parameters and crystallite size of six rare earth ion doping TiO\-2(Gd\+\{3+\},Y\+\{3+\},La\+\{3+\},Ce\+\{4+\},Tb\+\{3+\} and Eu\+\{3+\}) were calculated through XRD measurements. The effect of rare earth doping on the photocatalytic activities of TiO\-2 suspension was investigated. It was found that the doping ion radius and valence affect the A\|R transformation and cell parameters and further influenc the photocatalytic activities of TiO\-2.
