＂Five-in-One＂general construction is the renewed summarization of the socialism with Chinese characteristics on the 18th CPC National Congress,which concludes the overall development in our Party construction since the 16th CPC National Congress,and plans a new strategic development for the scientific outlook referring to the domestic and international situation.It indicates that China’s socialist modernization has stepped into a new historical stage and our Party has acquired a new understanding of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
