：Currently, the factors which affect higher vocational college＇ s teachhag quality mainly haclude school spirit, teachers＇ profes- sional standards and students＇ study environment, etc. Higher vocational colleges should deepen the connotation construction and strengthen mechanism construction to improve systems, optimize talent training programs to make sure that technology and skills develop simultaneously. Colleges should also knprove teachers＇ ability to upgrade classroom teaching effect, perfect prac- tice environment to enhance quality of practical trairthag, and establish good school sphit, stimulate students＇ learning motivation to promote the teaching quality.
