近十多年来,我国高等教育快速发展,高校的设备采购数量也相应增大,这对采购招标工作的规范化管理提出更高的要求。因此,应对员工业务素质、采购形式、招标流程和监察审计等方面的规范化管理进行探讨,以保证采购质量,提高工作效率。

In the recent ten years, our country＇ s higher education has developed rapidly and the number of college equipment procurement is increasing. This brings more requirements for the standardized management of procurement and bidding work. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the standardized management in aspects of staff＇ s professional quality, procurement forms, bidding process, audit and supervision, so that to ensure the quality of procurement and irrrprove work efficiency.
