高校教师作为公民道德建设的参与者和传播者,在社会主义精神文明建设中发挥着重要作用。高校教师的师德建设决定着教师队伍的整体素质,事关我国教育的健康发展。强调在社会主义核心价值体系的视野下,结合青年教师自身特点,从丰富师德建设内涵、完善师德建设途径、建立师德建设机制等方面入手,探讨加强高校青年教师师德建设的方法,这具有十分重要的意义。

As particoants and dissemmtor of civic moral construction, college teachers play an important role in the construction of socialist spritual civation. Moral construction of college teachers determines the overall quality of teaching staff, and it is closely related with the healthy development of education in our country. So it has great significance to discuss methods of strengthening young college teachers＇ morality construction from aspects of enriching connotation of teachers＇ morality construction, perfecting methods of teachers＇ morality construction and building mechanism of teachers＇ morality construction, with combination of young teachers＇ characteristics under the view of socialist core value system.
