针对高职学生人文素质不高的现状,通过分析高职学生人文素质缺失的原因,对提高高职学生人文素质的途径进行探讨,使高职学生的创新能力、表达及沟通能力、团队协作精神等方面的综合素质与能力不断得到提升,把高职院校学生培养成具有高尚人格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。

According to the decline of students＇ humanistic qualities ha higher vocational colleges, and based on the analysis of the reasons, this paper explores ways of knproving college students＇ humanistic qualities. In this case, students＇ comprehensive qualities and abilities ha kmovation, expression, communication and team work can be gradually knproved, so that college students could be cultivated to be the right person with noble personality for Chinese socialism construction.
