摘要
针对挖掘机混流装配的特点和企业信息化建设的需求,结合某企业实际,以实用性为指导,充分利用企业已有的软件、硬件资源,应用面向对象的开发工具,研发了挖掘机混流装配车间工艺发布和质量自检系统。在分析挖掘机装配特点以及装配过程中存在问题的基础上,采用RFID技术实现了装配过程数据的自动采集,加强了对装配过程的控制,设计并成功开发了工艺发布以及质量自检系统的硬件架构和软件模块。最后,将研究成果应用于某大型挖掘机生产企业的混流装配线,取得了良好的应用效果。
In allusion to the characteristics of the excavator mixed - model assembly line and the requirements of promoting informatization, it promotes the process distribution and quality check system. The system applies RFID technology to achieve assembly process data automatically and strengthen control of the assembly process. Based on the analysis of characteristics of excavator assembly, it designs and develops the software and the hard- ware of the process distribution and quality check system. The application of the system at the mixed - model as- sembly line of a large excavator manufacturer in Xuzhou shows the satisfactory results.
