锌锅漏锌原因分析

摘要 采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜断口观察和能谱分析、显微组织检验等方法对某企业漏锌锌锅进行分析。结果表明:一方面由于底板热加工工艺不当、锌锅底板组织中的渗碳体呈片状沿晶界析出使材料脆化,同时晶界处局部碳富集,使材料出现沿晶锌腐蚀,造成晶界强度的弱化并产生微裂纹;另一方面由于镀锌生产工艺不当,锌锅的温度不均匀和局部温度过高加速了锌腐蚀并存在较大的热应力,以上两方面的共同作用导致锌锅产生应力腐蚀开裂并最终引起锌锅泄漏。 By macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron observation and energy spectrum analysis, microstructure test, it analyzes the zinc leaking microscopy of fracture from zinc pan. The result shows that the zinc leaking couses is ( 1 ) inappropriate heating process at the bottom of the pan, which leads to material embrittlement from eementite flake along the grain boundary precipitates, weakening of grain bounda- ry strength and micro crack because of carbon content aggregation at grain boundary; (2) inappropriate galva- nized process, which leads not uniform temperature and to speed upzine corrosion and the thermal stress. These two reasons cause the zinc corrosion and leaking.
