摘要
针对MES在多车间协同作业过程管理中的盲点,应用软件系统开发的方法,在对零件中转管理进行需求分析、业务流程设计、功能设计基础上,采用基于工厂方法模式的分层式软件体系结构以及组件化的开发方法开发了一套MES中转管理系统。立足航空制造业典型离散制造车间,建立了适应航空制造业的MES中转管理系统。该系统具有良好的中转管理能力,有效地解决了生产过程跟踪与监控信息断流现象,实现了生产过程的全生命周期管理。
Aiming at blind spot of the existing MES in the multi-workshop collaboration process management,it analyzes the process of the transit business and the function of transit management system,builds the transit management architecture system and component technology development and implementation based on the needs analysis of parts transit management in workshop collaboration. Based on the typical discrete manufacturing workshop of the aviation industry,it establishes the MES transit management system for the aviation industry. Practice shows that the system has good transit management capacity. This method can solve the tracking and monitoring of the information of flow and achieve the full life cycle management of the production process.
