摘要
从企业实施《企业内部控制基本规范》的实践中,分析了企业档案管理职能的拓展,提出了档案管理部门具有评价监督职能的观点。对档案管理部门有效发挥评价监督职能所要具备的条件,开展内部控制评价活动的步骤、内容、方法、途径及取得的实效等方面进行了探讨。
It proposes the evaluation of supervision function at file management department,analyzes the expand function of file management department and the conditions,illustrates the evaluation steps,contents and method in the internal control process.
