矿用胶带机过程监控系统的无线传感器网络研究设计

摘要 提供一种基于Zigbee的应用于矿用胶带机过程监控系统中的无线传感器网络,该网络具有低成本、自组织、低功耗的特点。采用ChipconCC2430无线射频芯片和TI公司的DSP微处理器芯片TMS320LF2406A,实现矿用胶带机中传感器与传感器之间、传感器与井下监控分站之间的信息传输。从软、硬件设计两方面对系统进行阐述。该无线传感器网络扩展方便,避免了传统有线通信方式接线布置困难、系统维护成本高、安装维修难度大的缺点。该网络进行软、硬件改造后,可推广应用于其他井下环境和相关行业。 It develops a wireless sensor network for mining belt conveyor transportion process monitoring and controlling system based on Zigbee. This system establishes a low cost,self-organizationand low power consumption for large belt conveyor process monitoring of wireless sensor network. Based on Chipcon CC2530 Radio-on-Chip for Mobile and TI company DSP microprocessor chips TMS320LF2406A,it realizes the information transmission between mining belt machine sensor and sensor,and underground monitoring information transmission between the RACES. The wireless sensor networks with convenient expand can avoid the traditional cable way set point decorate difficulty,and have low system maintenance cost. This method can be applied on other conditions in the mining and related industries.
