The Rolling Force Design in the Hot Rolling Belt Steel Process

摘要 轧制力是带钢热连轧最重要的工艺参数之一,其计算模型的精度关系着轧制过程的离线模拟和在线控制,以Orowan力平衡方程为基础,采用SIMS公式,分析轧制力模型在连轧过程中的适用性。 The rolling force is an importmant parameter of hot rolling belt steel process,The precision of force calculation model is related to rolling process control. Based on Orowan force balance equation,it uses SIMS function to analyzes the applicability of the rolling fprce model.
