摘要
工会组织在集体合同平等协商中具有重要作用,因此要充分发挥其基本职能,使之起到桥梁、纽带作用。文章结合工会工作的实践,浅谈了几点认识。
The Labor Union plays an important role in system of equality negotiation and collective labor contract.Combined with practical work of Labor Union,this paper indicate some opinion.
