摘要
电力工业的输变电设备均运行在高电压、大电流的状态下,与热有着极其密切的关系。变电站内母线、引线,特别是隔离开关的接头、触头的发热问题,是变电站日常维护工作中频发性的异常现象,处理不及时会恶化为事故,甚至影响到电网的安全稳定。为了能更好地认识发热原因,尽可能减少此类问题的发生,文章以稷山500kV变电站2010年7月12日发现的23号电容器3023-3隔离开关发热为例,对设备发热的原因及其处理过程进行简要分析。
The power transmission and transformation equipment of electric power industry operates in the state of high voltage and current, which is closely related to the heat. The busbar and lead, especially the joint of isolating switch, contactor of the hot problems, are abnormal phenomena in maintenance work. It will be worse if treatment is put off, which even influences on security and stability of power grid. This paper takes the example of 23 capacitor of the 3023-3 isolation switch heating founded on 12th ,July, 2010 in Jishan 500kv substation to analyze reason and treatment of the joint heat in power transmission and transformation equipment' s current-carrying component in order to understand hot reason well and reduce such problems.
