摘要
以果蝇为实验材料 ,研究了何首乌提取物对果蝇寿命的影响 .结果表明 ,何首乌提取物能有效地降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素及过氧化脂质 (LPO)含量 。
WT5BZ]The effect of the tuber of multiflower knotweed ( Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. ,PmT) on the lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster is studied. It shows that extract of PmT can lengthen the average lifespan of Drosophila melangaster obviously, and decrease the lipofuscin and LPO content of salivary gland cell. It further accounts the mechanism of anti decrepitude.
