云南省重点水泥行业大气污染物排放量考核依据研究

Reference for Air Pollutant Discharge Assessment of Major Cement Industry in Yunnan Province

以云南省主要水泥厂排放的二氧化硫、粉尘、烟尘、氮氧化物等大气污染物总量情况为背景,找出环评审批中的排放总量和竣工验收监测计算的排放总量之间的差异及原因,提出相应的建议及措施。

Based on the total amount of sulfur dioxide, dust and nitrogen oxide pollutants discharged by the major cement factories in Yunnan, the discrepancy of the total discharge amount in EIA and the test and acceptance monitoring and its causes are found out. The corresponding suggestions and measures are proposed to facilitate the energy-saving and emission reduction in Yunnan.
