摘要 对流域防洪工程体系进行风险评价,是流域洪水管理的一项基础性工作。将可变集中的辩证法基本数学定理——对立统一定理用于防洪体系工程风险评价,提出了流域防洪工程体系风险评价的可变集方法。以某防洪体系工程为例,用所提出的方法对其进行了风险评价,并与模糊集对分析法的评价结果作了比较。实例分析表明,可变集评价方法具有理论严谨、新颖,概念清晰,方法简捷的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。 Carrying out risk evaluation for flood control engineering system of a basin is a fundamental work of basin flood management. We apply the unity of opposite theorem, a basic mathematic theorem of dialectics in variable sets method, into the risk evaluation of basin flood - control engineering system, and thus the risk evaluation for basin flood - control engineering system based on variable sets method is proposed. Taking a basin flood - control system as an example, we use the presented method to evaluate the risk and the results are compared with the ones calculated by fuzzy set pair analysis. It is noted that the presented method has characters of rigorous and innovative theory, clear concept and easy application, thus having a wide application prospect.
