摘要 淤泥脱水固结一体化技术是将机械脱水与淤泥固化两者相结合,以机械脱水为手段,用脱水及固结材料对泥浆进行调理,实现对淤泥的"减量化、无害化、稳定化、资源化"处理。介绍了该技术的工艺原理、工艺流程以及系统设计与工艺特点。结合该技术在黄石市青山湖环保清淤工程中的应用实践,对施工情况、工艺改进措施及应用效果进行了总结。该技术的成功应用,为大型湖泊开展大规模环保清淤积累了经验。 The integration technology of sludge dewatering and solidification is a combination of mechanical dewatering and solidification. Through mechanical dewatering, the solidification material is adopted for mud conditioning, so as to realize the effects of mud treatment, including reduction, harmlessness, stabilization and resource utilization. The principle, process and characteristics of technology are introduced. In combination with the application of this technology in the environmental dredging project of Qingshan Lake in Huangshi City, the construction situation, improving measures for technical process and its application effect are summarized. The successful application of this technology can provide experiences for large scale environmental dredging in large lakes.
