摘要
报道3个光度法测定铜的新方法.在聚乙烯醇存在下,铜与钨酸盐和碱性染料形成离子缔合物,离子缔合物的最大吸收分别位于570和580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε值分别为2.22×106,1.66×106和1.53×106L·mol-1·cm-1.方法用于天然水、头发、胡罗卜和黄连中铜的测定。
Three sensitive spectrophotometric methods for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) have been developed,based on its color reactions with tungstate and basic dyes(BD) in aqueous solution in the presence of poly(vinyl alco hol).The molar absorptivities of the ion associate complexes are 2.22×10 6,1.66×10 6 and 1.53×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,respectively.The methods have been applied for the determination of copper in natural water,human hair,carrot and coptis.
