杭州临平新城地下空间规划案例研究

地下空间开发利用规划在未来城市发展中起着至关重要的作用。依据《临平新城控制性详细规划整合》要求和杭州临平新城区位、交通优势及用地范围等发展背景,论述了杭州临平新城核心区地下空间控制性详细规划。即"一主一次三轴三点四片区一连通"地下空间总体结构格局,以轨道站点为核心的3个地下地上空间重要发展节点,人性化地串联地下空间的步行系统以及地下商业系统,有效地完善了新城核心区未来的城市综合发展,增强区域的可达性。最后,论述了地下空间规划的编制过程中应该着重注意的以人为本、减少消极空间、适当超前兼顾现实和注重衔接突出重点4个问题。

Utilization and planning of underground space play a vital role in the future of urban development. According to the development background of Linping New Town, this paper analysed the site location, the transportation and the scope of the land for the Regulatory Detailed Planning Intergration of Linping New Town for underground space. The contents also showed the overall pattern of underground space, namely, ＂ 1 primary part, 1 secondary part, 3 axes, 3 points, 4 areas and 1 connection＂ ; 3 underground space developing nodes which focus on 1 railway station; 1 humanized tandem underground pedestrian system and 1 prosperous underground complex, underground streets and other commercial systems. All these effectively improved future comprehensive development of the Linping New Town core area, and enhanced site accessibility finally. In the end, 4 key elements should be emphasized during the progress of underground space planning, which were people -oriented, reducing negative space, prospective reality and highlighting principles.
