腹股沟疝无张力修补术后感染致补片取出4例治疗体会

Experience of mesh removal after tension-free hernia (report of 4 cases)

目的总结腹股沟疝无张力修补术后感染致补片取出的治疗体会和经验。方法回顾性分析浙江省中西医结合医院2010年1月至2011年12月收治的腹股沟疝无张力修补术后出现感染的4例患者,均行再次手术取出补片后的临床资料。结果 4例患者均行再次手术取出原补片,术后随访4～24个月,中位数16.5个月,无复发。结论腹股沟疝无张力修补术后若出现因补片因素引起的切口感染,需果断取出补片,以免延误病情。

Objective To summarize the experience of mesh removal after tension-free hernia. Methods The clinical data in the 4 patients with mesh removal after tension-free hernia in our department during January 2010 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients received mesh removal successfully, and the Bassini repair was performed. All the patients were followed up from 4 to 24 months （mean 16.5 months） and no recurrence was occurred. Conclusions Mesh removal is necessary in those patients with severe infection after tension-free hernia. Postoperative wound infection caused by the path factors after inguinal hernia tension-free repair and the patch needs to be removed and prognosis would not be influenced.
