高职院校心理健康教育课程现状及改革途径探析

Exploring on Higher Vocational Colleges Psychological Health Education Curriculum Status Quo and Reform

高职心理教育课程是提升高职学生心理健康质量的一条重要途径。笔者从高职心理健康教育课程改革的必要性和高职心理健康教育课程现状出发，探索高职心理健康教育课程改革途径，即高职院校的心理健康教育课程的内容应当重点针对行业心理相关内容；其心理健康课程应当紧密结合高职大学生的心理特点和需求，并且在机构设置与人员配备上应当加强行业心理师资力量。

The psychological education courses in Higher vocational colleges is an important way to enhance the quality of higher vocational college students＇ psychological health. The author explores the necessity for mental health education curriculum reform, status quo of Higher vocational mental health education curriculum and ways of reform Higher vocational mental health education curriculum. The content of Mental health education curriculum should be shifted to industry psychology. The programs of psychological health education should be in close connection with the mental health characteristics and needs of the higher vocational college students, the institutional settings and staffing should strengthen the industry mental teacher resources.
