摘要
目的制备纳米银滴耳液并对其质量进行控制。方法以纳米银溶液为主药,以一定比例的甘油、95%酒精溶液、纯化水的混合物为稀释剂,将纳米银溶液制成纳米银滴耳液;以透射电子显微镜、马尔文激光纳米测定仪、紫外光谱仪等对滴耳液的纳米特性进行定性测定,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对滴耳液中的银进行定量测定。结果滴耳液中纳米银粒子的大小为19.83 nm左右,粒子大小均匀,分布较窄,呈类圆形;粒子表面电位为-36.5 mv;在400 nm具有纳米银表面原子的特征共振吸收峰;滴耳液中的银含量为20μg/ml。结论所确立的纳米银滴耳液的制备方法简单易行;所建立的纳米银滴耳液的质量控制方法,可以较全面的控制其质量。
Objective To prepare silver nanoparticle ear drops and to establish a quality control method for this preparation. Methods The silver nanoparticle ear drops were prepared with mixed solvent of glycerin, alcohol and distilled water. Morphology, particle size and surface potential of silver nanoparticles in the preparation were measured by the transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the Malvern laser nauo-particle size analyzer respectively. And the content of silver was examined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. Results The average size of silver nanoparticles was 19.83nm , and the surface Zeta potential was -36.5mv. The content of silver in the preparation was 20 μg/ml. Conclusion The preparing process of this preparation is simple and its quality is controllable.
