1-苯基-5-庚炔酮肟及其衍生物的合成(Ⅰ)

摘要 以2-甲基-1,3-环己二酮为原料,经过三氟甲磺酰化、开环、肟基化、醚化等反应合成1-苯基-5-庚炔酮肟及其2个衍生物,并通过1 HNMR、13 CNMR、IR、元素分析对它们的结构进行了表征。 Using 2-methyl-cyclohexan-1,3-dione as raw material, 1-phenyl-5-heptyn-l-one oxime and its two derivatives were synthesized through trifluoromethanesulfonation, ring-opening, oximing, etherification. The structures of the target compound and its derivatives were confirmed by 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR, IR, elemental analy- sis.
