摘要
进口铝土矿低温拜尔法溶出过程中,管道化预热器、保温溶出罐、出料管道等均存在不同程度的结疤,不仅影响汽耗,甚至影响产量和动力消耗。针对结疤机理,生产过程中采用不同的预防和清理结疤的方法,组合应用,取得了较理想的效果。
In the process of the low temperature Bayer digesting process of bauxite, various degrees of scaling existing in pipeline preheater, insulating digester tank and discharging pipeline, it affects the steam consumption, even the yeild and power consumption. In view of scaling mechanism, different methods to prevent and clean scaling were adopted in production process, and obtained ideal effects.
