摘要 木棉广泛分布于热带地区,主产在热带美洲。木棉纤维具有体积重量轻、薄壁中空结构以及不含农药或其他化学残留物的优良的绿色环保性能。同时,木棉纤维在光泽、吸湿性和保暖性方面具有独特优势。目前,人们越来越崇尚服装材料的天然和环保。所以,对于木棉纤维的开发利用也相应地越来越受到关注。研究了木棉用直接染料、活性染料对其染色的性能。结果表明:直接染料相比活性染料有更高的上染率。直接染料染木棉,上染百分率在55%左右,且上染率随时间的延长而增大;盐的加入可以增高直接染料以及活性染料上染木棉的上染百分率,起到促染的作用。温度对直接染料的上染百分率也有很大的影响,对活性染料上染纤维影响不大。碱剂在活性染料上染木棉纤维时起到固色作用。 Kapok is widely distributed in tropical regions,mainly produced in tropiacl America. Kapok fiber has the property of light volume weight,thin-walled hollow structure,and excellent environmental performance of no pesticides of other chemical residues.At the same time,kapok fiber has the tmique advantages in terms of gloss,moisture and warmth.At present,people are becoming more and more advocate natural and environmental protection about clothing material.Accordingly,people pay more and more attention of the development and utilization for the kapok fiber.This article studies the dyeing properties of Kapok with direct dyes and reactive dyes.Res/flts showed that direct dyes have a higher dyeing rate compared to hte dyeing of reactive dyes.Use of direct dyes dyeing kapok,dyeing rates are around 55%,and the rates increase with the extension of time.Salt plays a role of accelerating ;it can increase the rate of both direct dyes and reactive dyes.Temperatures also had a big impact on the direct dye, but little effect on dyeing with reactive dye.Alkaline agent plays a role in fixing during the dyeing process of the kapok while using a reactive dyeing method.
