摘要
介绍了调温纤维的机理,对目前测试调温纤维及其制品调温性能的各种方法进行了系统的分析和比较,并利用差示扫描量热法测试了调温纤维、纱线、面料的调温性能,认为该方法只适合于纤维级别的检测,同时结合其他测试方法提出了分别适合于调温纱线、调温面料及服装的测试及评价方法。
The mechanism of the temperature-regulating fibers has been introduced. The ways to test the temperature-regulating ability of the temperature-regulating fibers and its products have been analysed and compared systematically. By using differential scanning calorimetry to test the temperature-regulating ability of the temperature-regulating fibers, yarns and fabrics, the conclusion which this test method suits for fibers only has been obtained. Some test and evaluation methods suitable for temperatureregulating yarns, fabrics and clothes respectively have been provided by combining other testing methods.
