摘要
随着高校规模的扩充,毕业生党员的数量不断增加,加上毕业生党员就业渠道的多元化,党员的流动性也就越来越多,高校毕业生党组织关系管理工作遇到前所未有的挑战,许多毕业生党员无法及时准确地做好组织关系转接工作。因此,如何及时准确地做好毕业生党员组织关系管理工作是目前学生党建工作的一项重要内容。本文从高校当前党员组织关系管理工作的现状入手,针对导致这种现状背后的原因,探索解决问题的对策。
With the increase in the number of recruitment in colleges, the number of graduate party members becomes larger and larger. Therefore, problems exist for the management of graduation party members＇ party organization relations. So, it has become very important to urgently and accurately manage the party membership of graduates. This paper analyzed the situation and based on this, pro- posed some coping strategies.
