摘要
在论述监狱教育改造队伍建设在专业化程度、人才机制、教育改造方法的创新等方面存在的不足的基础上,提出在监狱推行两级管理模式、成立专业警务组的格局下,加强专家型教育改造队伍建设的构想。
At present, there are a lot of shortcomings in our prison education transformation team, such as construction in the degree of specialization, talents mechanism, innovative methods of education reform etc. This paper tries to give some ideas on the two-level management model introduced in prison and the professional group of police in prison.
