摘要
中西传统管理文化各有侧重点,西方传统管理重在管物,中国传统管理重在育人,两者各有优劣,恰巧互补。因此,现代科研管理应充分吸收中西传统管理文化的精髓,实现两者的有机结合,构建融中西管理文化优势的新型现代科研管理模式。一是实施价值观管理,激发潜能,实现既定目标;二是坚持以人为本、管理就是服务的理念,注重情感管理和激励方法;三是坚持协调性原则,充分发挥整体合力。
Through studying the traditional cultures of management in China and Western countries, we find that the Western cultures focus on managing things while the Chinese cultures focus on cultivating people. Both of them have their own advantages and can complement each other. Thus, modern scientific research management should combine the two cultures organically and create a new model of management. First, stimulate the potential of people to reach the fixed goal through the management of values. Second, stick to the people-oriented concept and the philosophy of ' management is service' while focusing on the management of emotions and encouragement. Third, stick to the principle of harmony and try to combine all forces together into one.
