摘要
师生关系是学校教育中最基本、最核心的人际关系,是影响教学活动成功与否的决定性因素之一,情景视域下,师生关系构建的好坏主要取决于教师与学生双主体对师生关系的"主观解释"。通过运用教育统计、测量的方法,来梳理影响高校师生关系构建中的"主观解释",并以此为依据寻求构建良好师生关系的途径和方法,促进高校师生关系的和谐发展。
The relationship between teachers and students is a basica and the core of interpersonal relationships in school education, is one of the decisive factors that influence the success of teaching activities. This paper from the situational definition point of view, through the use of education statistics, measurement, attempt to analyze the effect of constructing the teacher-student relationship of " subjective interpretation", according to seek to build a good teacher-student relationship approaches and methods, and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between teachers and students.
