摘要
提出了一种基于以太网的大型工业园电能质量监测系统,系统下位机以基于ARM+DSP的电能质量监测终端为核心,实现对电能质量的在线监测、记录和分析。详细阐述了系统的关键技术,重点介绍了利用动态测度算法对电力扰动信号进行精确的估算,并通过试验室测试和软件仿真验证了系统的有效性。该系统具有低成本、高速度、高可靠性的特点,对大型工业园智能电网高级测量体系的建设具有重大实际意义。
A power quality monitoring system based on EtherNet for large industrial parks was proposed. The core of the lower system is the power quality monitoring terminal based on ARM + DSP, which can realize online monitoring, recording and analyzing for power quality. The paper elaborated the key technology of the system, and focused on the accurate estimation of power system disturbance signals using dynamics measure algorithms, and verified the system' s effectiveness by the laboratory testing and software simulation. The system has characteristics of low cost, high speed and high reliability, and has important practical significance in construction of advanced measurement system of smart power grids in large industrial parks.
