摘要
为了对某重型车车外加速噪声的异响问题进行控制,首先,对车外通过噪声进行频谱测试,并应用信号分析技术对异响现象和噪声频谱进行分析,试图寻找异响的故障频率,为设计改进提供依据和方向。随后,通过对该车整车关键部位的噪声和振动进行测试与分析,发现该车变速箱发射噪声的主要频率成分与整车车外加速测点噪声峰值频率相同,并指出变速箱发射噪声的主要部位。通过更换变速箱实现整车车外加速噪声降低5.6 dB(A),使整车车外加速噪声值达到国标限值以下。本方法对整车降噪和变速箱故障诊断提供一种切实可行的依据。
Control of abnormal sound in accelerating of a heavy truck was studied. Firstly, the pass-by noise was tested, and the abnormal phenomena and noise spectrum were analyzed through spectrum analysis to find the fault frequency of the abnormal sound, Subsequently, the noise and vibration of the key component parts of the heavy-duty vehicle were tested and analyzed, and the main portions of gearbox for emitting noise were determined. It was found that the main frequency of the gearbox' s emission noise was the same as the peak frequency of the pass-by noise. Finally, the pass-by noise was lowered by 5.6 dB(A) by replacing the gearbox, and the value of pass-by noise of the vehicle was below the GB limit. Therefore, it could be concluded that this method provided a practical basis for the noise control of vehicles and the fault diagnosis of gearboxes.
