摘要
根据某SUV轿车副车架的实际结构,运用ANSYS Workbench分析软件对其建立有限元模型。通过对有限元模型的模态模拟分析得到副车架的固有频率和相应振型,然后对副车架进行模态试验,通过比较实验结果与计算结果,验证有限元模型的正确性。最后通过改变U型横梁壁厚验证其对副车架整体模态特性的影响,为后续的结构优化提供参考。
The finite element model for the subframe of a SUV car was created with ANSYS workbench sofiware. A modal simulation was done using the finite element model so as to get the inherent frequency and the vibration mode of the subframe. Then a modal test was conducted for the subframe. By comparing the testing result with the computation result, the correctness of the finite element model was verified. Finally, it was verified that thickness change of the U-shaped beam has an obvious impact on the modal characteristics of the subframe, which may present a useful reference for subsequent structure optimization analysis.
