天然橡胶/304复合材料减振器的设计

摘要 进行天然橡胶/304复合材料减振器的研究、设计,结果表明:通过打孔的方式降低减振器初期低应力阶段的刚度是可行的;通过复合钢丝网的方法提高减振器后期高应力阶段的刚度是可行的;确定天然橡胶/304复合材料减振器的最优工艺参数:孔径17.5 mm,在减振器孔的上、下部分分别复合3层304钢丝网,即共复合6层钢丝网;为减振器的研究与设计应用提供参考。 The natural rubber/304 composite shock absorber was studied. The results show that it is feasible to reduce the stiffness of the shock absorber in the initial low-stress stage by drilling, and to raise the ultimate stiffness in the later high-stress stage by using composite steel-wire net. Optimum processing parameters of the natural rubber/304 composite shock absorber were determined. It was suggested that the diameter of the holes be 17.5ram, and the upper and lower parts of the hole be covered respectively by three layers of 304 composite steel-wire nets. These suggestions may provide a reference for research and design of shock absorbers.
