摘要 白香草木樨花蜜腺位于子房与雄蕊之间的花托上 ,属于花托蜜腺。蜜腺由分泌表皮和泌蜜组织构成 ,属于结构蜜腺 ,分泌表皮具波纹状角质层 ,表皮上分布有大量的气孔器。泌蜜组织细胞 5~ 6层 ,由花托内表皮及其内侧细胞恢复分裂能力形成。在发育过程中 ,液泡、淀粉、蛋白质都呈现一定的消长规律。原蜜来源于花托维管束的韧皮部 ,通过泌蜜组织加工成蜜汁 ,以后由气孔泌出。 The floral nectary of Melilotus albus Desr.which belongs to receptacal nectary,is located on the receptacle between the ovary and the stamen.The nectary consists of epidermis and nectariferous tissue,it belongs to structural nectary.Many stomata are present in the epidermis.There is thick cuticle on the surface of the epidermis cells.The nectariferous tissue is composed of 5~6 layers cells.The nectary initiates from the superficial cells of the receptacle.During the development of nectary,vacuoles,starch grains and protein of cells change regularly.The pre nectar may be provided by phloem of the receptacal vascular bundles.The nectar formed in nectariferous tissue is secreted by stomata.
