凋亡抑制基因BCL-2在胰腺癌中的表达

对胰腺良恶性病变中凋亡指数、BCL- 2的表达作了研究 ,发现胰腺癌原发灶凋亡指数小于良性病变 ,原发灶小于转移灶 ;BCL- 2和凋亡指数负相关。认为 BCL- 2在胰腺癌进展中具有重要的作用。

The apotosis index and the expression of BCL-2 in the pancreatic carcinoma were studed.It was found that the apotosis in the malignant focus is less than the benign,primary focus less than the metastic focus.BCL-2 is negatively correlated with apotosis index.BCL-2 plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and developing of the pancreatic carcinoma.
