摘要
为了解决显微镜系统自动调焦倍数过小的问题,使用步进电机细分技术,通过减小步进电机步距角来达到提高自动调焦系统在高倍物镜下的景深分辨能力。结果表明,现步进电机在不使用细分时,最大只能使用40倍物镜进行自动调焦,经过8细分后在63倍的物镜下仍然能够完成自动调焦功能。对显微镜自动调焦领域有实际的应用价值。
This paper introduces how to use the permanent current chopping technique to subdivision bipolar and how to use this technique in automatic focusing system ,so that the automatic focusing system's ability to discrimination scene depth can be improved. This system is based on motor driver chip TA8435H and high performance MCU ATMEGA16 to reach functional diversities, and it can communicate with PC by serial pert.
