摘要英国教师教育发展正呈现出新的动向:积极推行"教学优先方案";以大学为主导的高等教育机构式教师教育模式面临着挑战;加强教师教育的质量,提高教师的职业地位。 Teacher education in Britain is showing a new prospect,that is, actively promoting the Teach First programmme; the model of teacher education led by universities facing challenges ; enhancing the quality of teacher education to improve the professional status of teachers.
