师范生顶岗实习的推行,需要政府、学校、社会的共同参与,形成"政府引领—学校组织—社会参与"的"三结合"运行模式;需要响应并落实政府部门相关文件精神,形成明确的工作目标和原则,理清并完善顶岗实习及教师教育改革思路,创建并完善管理规章制度,才能形成特色并显现顶岗实习的实践意义。

The station- replaced internship operation mode is led by the governments, organized by the universities and associated with the social organizations. This course needs to carry out the policy of the government, to form clear wording aims and principle, to perfect the system and reform thinking, to construct the management rules, and then finally form the characteristic and embody the practice meaning.
