摘要
文章指出激励在图书馆管理工作中必不可少,其实质是人本管理。论述在管理中,如能善用激励,建立起一套行之有效的内在激励机制,必对馆员积极性的提高起到积极促进的作用。
This paper points out that the motivation is necessary in the library management, whose essence is humanistic management. It also discusses that making good use of motivation and establishing an effective internal incentive mechanism will play a positive role in promoting the initiative of librarians in the management.
